No, QuGo is only for pre-order from a restaurant where you must pick up your order from the restaurant.

You shall receive an SMS once the food is ready and you can go to the delivery counter for collecting your favorite food.

No, after adding items to the cart on QuGo App, you must go through the payment process and receive an Order ID. Please note that the Restaurant shall not receive your order till the payment is not done.

Usually, when the restaurant cancels the order, the refund process gets automatically initiated and you shall receive an SMS with details with refund amount and settlement period. If you do not receive any communication from QuGo regarding the cancellation, please call our Toll Free Number: (Don’t worry, there is no IVRS and real human shall talk to you!)
