Cancellations
- User cannot cancel the order post the payment confirmation and Order ID generation
- The Business Partner can cancel the Order in case of unavailability of some or all the items of the Order
- The Business Partner holds the sole discretion of order cancellation and QuGo platform has no role to play in the acceptance or cancellation of the Orders
Refund Period
- When the Business Partner cancels the Order, the amount shall be credited back via the same payment mode used for Ordering
- The refund period shall take 5-7 working days from the day of initiation.

You shall receive an SMS once the food is ready and you can go to the delivery counter for collecting your favorite food.
No, after adding items to the cart on QuGo App, you must go through the payment process and receive an Order ID. Please note that the Restaurant shall not receive your order till the payment is not done.
Usually, when the restaurant cancels the order, the refund process gets automatically initiated and you shall receive an SMS with details with refund amount and settlement period.
